How to Work with Anyone (even difficult people)

I really enjoyed this podcast episode and can recommend it as a worthwhile listen. I am a sucker for anything that delivers practical applications from academic research. I particularly enjoyed the concept of building resilience through 'leaning into the positives' and 'industrial strength meditation' :) I'm looking forward to having a good read of the book.
