Steve Clark - Founder and Lead Coach

Steve Clark brings a wealth of diverse experiences to Unruly Minds, enriching his coaching approach:

  • Adventure Leadership: As a former Managing Director of an adventure travel company, Steve led expeditions across some of the world's most challenging terrains, including the high altitudes of Nepal, Ladakh, and Peru; the Arctic regions of Northern Norway; and the deserts of Morocco and Namibia. He also created and was the Race Director for the Namibia Ultra-Marathon, a grueling 126km race through the Namib desert.

  • Educational Expertise: Transitioning into primary education, Steve leads on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) provision across a local authority in the North West of England. He holds the NASENCO award for Special Educational Needs Coordination and is in his final year of a Master's in Educational Leadership at Edge Hill University.

  • Coaching Credentials: Steve is a Functional Imagery Training Advanced Practitioner - trained by Dr Linda Solbrig, and has completed International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved training and adheres to the ICF code of ethics, ensuring the highest standards in his coaching practice.
